Sand in Wind Wood Sculpture

Sand and wind

For my wood sculpture I choose 2 different elements that where earth and wind. In my sculpture the light brown represents sand while the blue sweeping around the sand is the wind. The wind within the sculpture has lines, which gives the blue on my sculpture movement. The light brown area on the sculpture that represents earth is solid with little lines that suggest movement. Earth is usually cauterizes as being a stiff and sold element so I wanted to leave those areas clear of any lines.
